Fundraising prizes & donation tax receipts

 

As some of you may have seen in the latest issue of Connected, participants who raised $500+ and requested a prize will receive their prize by the end of August. For those who may want to donate their prize back to the cause, call  1-888-822-8467 or visit http://bit.ly/15H5S5C to find out more about our Mission First club.

Also, individuals who made a cash or cheque donation of $20 or more will automatically receive a tax receipt by the end of August. Those who donated online were immediately issued a receipt by email.

Mandarin MS Walk Countdown – 2 days remain until our final Mandarin MS Walk events of 2013! Do you want to take your fundraising to the next level by donating your reward back to the MS Society as a member of the Mission First club? Join a special group of people who put the mission of finding a cure for MS first. When you generously donate your reward back to the MS Society, you allow us to dedicate additional funds towards the cause and provide vital programs and services to those affected by MS. The rewards of fundraising

By raising money for the Mandarin MS Walk you not only help people affected by multiple sclerosis, but also become eligible for a wide range of rewards. Every Mandarin MS Walk participant who raises $125 or more will receive an official t-shirt. A variety of other rewards, including gift cards, jackets and a chance to join the MS Walk of Champions, are available at higher fundraising levels. Participants also have the option to donate their rewards back to the MS Society of Canada and become Mission First club members.
