Toronto Renovates program is open to applicants

Are you a senior or person with a disability living in Toronto? If you’re looking to make renovations to your home in order to make it more accessible, you could qualify for the Toronto Renovates program.
The Toronto Renovates program offers federal/provincial funding for lower-income seniors and people with a disability who wish to make health and safety repairs or accessibility modifications to their homes. For eligible applicants, the program provides forgivable loans of up to $10,000 for essential home repairs and/or accessibility modifications.
